Good experience I had started by inquiring about their Fresh start program for those with bad credit. Matt Moore and I exchanged a few emails and told me a down payme I had started by inquiring about their Fresh start program for those with bad credit. Matt Moore and I exchanged a few emails and told me a down payment and monthly payment I was not comfortable with. After some more emails I had thought those figure where for a used vehicle but come to find out it was for a brand new 2018 Dodge Journey. After that, Matt got it all worked out and when we came in we met with Paul Johnson to test drive the vehicle and go over anything we needed. Paul was great to work with and the process was very easy. Both Paul and Matt made everything painless and I appreciated how smooth it went. Only downfall was the final detailing of the vehicle. They were either behind or something so Ethan took it upon himself to detail the vehicle himself even though that is not what he does(he does the overview of the vehicles). We appreciated his effort to get us moving as we had sat for a long while. He mentioned we could come back and get it detailed again. Everyone was great and I have never had such a great experience at a dealership before. More
