Finance Andy Crowder is horrid (not exaggerating) Andrew Crowder who was the person that handled our finance did an absolute terrible job. We had just recently bought a new Yukon Denali and Chevy Cama Andrew Crowder who was the person that handled our finance did an absolute terrible job. We had just recently bought a new Yukon Denali and Chevy Camaro. We were going after a new Chevy Silverado with them. I will do my best to not have this go long winded but it will be hard. We were trading in 3 vehicles. A 400 mile used harley davidson. A 2011 Jag XF supercharged with 60k miles and a 2015 MKZ with 60k on in as well. Simple math right for a lender? Getting rid of 3 payments to get 1. Our other vehicles took a couple hours tops each to get funded and out the door. One was through Bloomington Walser for Yukon and other was Anoka Main Motor. Jeff Belzer in lakeville immediately jumped on this deal saying things like....no problem....easy to get done...happy to help. Longest story short. Andrew Crowder (not kidding) atleast 4 times over told us....deal is good to go. Then next day...it wasnt. This was almost a week process dealing with this crap. Saying they couldnt get lenders to sign off. Also adjusting the deal to not involve the motorcycle even though i was told it would not be an issue. Understand how hard and time consuming it is to move all these vehicles down to them so they can appraise them. The thought of moving them again was so draining that we just stuck with them hoping to just get it done. HUGE MISTAKE. Finally...so we were told....they had a good deal. We were gonna do the money down to then tell us they sold the truck they were holding for us. Then the bank apparently backed out...asking for even more money down. This was Wings Financial we were told of whom I never liked in the first place. Wings is based out of apple valley so i would guess they must have a good relationship with them to do these shady deals. So after this long process of back and forth complete bull. I had Andrew Crowder send me the deal via email so I could look at it. I sent that same deal to Main Motor Chevy in Anoka at 2pm. Everything approved and signed the following day without a hitch. Moral of the story....if you are a person who gets a feeling of incompetence and utter unprofessionalism. Go with your gut and leave...no matter the convenience. I only take time to review something that deserves it and that people should know with facts. I will save all the emails and conversations from this place to remind me and anyone who may inquire to RUN. This is my opinion for this dealership. With that...I will never go back. This is from a regular car buyer. Literally my worst experience I have ever dealt with. Thats my best warning I can give. Thanks. More

Certified pre-owned is a lie! GM is refusing to honor it’s “Certified Pre-owned” claim nor it’s 12-month 100,000 mile bumper-to-bumper warranty!! GM’s “CERTIFIED PRE-OWNED” GM is refusing to honor it’s “Certified Pre-owned” claim nor it’s 12-month 100,000 mile bumper-to-bumper warranty!! GM’s “CERTIFIED PRE-OWNED” IS MEANINGLESS!! When someone purchases a “Certified Pre-owned” vehicle from GM (in this case a very low mileage Silverado) it is reasonable to think it is in great condition...having been gone over and “certified.” NOPE!! The Silverado in question leaked water onto the floor during the first rainstorm after it was purchased. Having the implied reassurance that it was “certified” and with an extended bumper to bumper warranty as back-up, I took it to a Chevrolet dealer to have the factory-installed leaking windshield replaced. OOPS!! Not covered?! What?! After several calls, a case file opened and a GM technician telling me it was a factory defect - STILL DENIED REPLACEMENT!! So all of you out there with “Certified” pre-owned GM vehicles, know this: when you are told with great enthusiasm that the vehicle you are buying is “certified pre-owned” it really means NOTHING!! GM does not play fair and it uses very deceptive sales practices. They won’t tell you the windshield leaks. A factory defect will NOT be repaired. “Certified pre-owned” means NOTHING!! GM BUYERS BEWARE!!! More
