Too Good to Pass Up Sean and team did a great job of getting me into the car I needed. I came in close knowing what I was looking for. They made me feel comfortable and Sean and team did a great job of getting me into the car I needed. I came in close knowing what I was looking for. They made me feel comfortable and had the patients to let me look at and drive all the different cars to get a real sense of what I needed. No high pressure sales, just straight talk and even helped me consider some cars I would not have thought to try. That really helped solidify my choice and then it was just about price... which Jeff Belzer's was better that anything else out there. Good sales experience and great price. Casey made an easy time in the finance area too. More

Absolutely fantastic experience. I will start by admitting I arrived to the dealership slightly on the whim of my wife and was not completely sold on purchasing a brand new vehicle. I I will start by admitting I arrived to the dealership slightly on the whim of my wife and was not completely sold on purchasing a brand new vehicle. It's just not something I've ever had the ability to do so it seemed awkward. That mind set disappeared right away just stepping into Jeff Belzers. Between being greeted immediately upon entering, test driving a vehicle within 15 minutes, and the whole crew working hard to help us get in what WE wanted, it was amazing. It's important to mention it was very busy during our visit and we still felt like family. More

No point in having a sales person I knew what car I wanted and to be fair it did take some time for me to get out to dealership. However, the most work that they had to do was get the I knew what car I wanted and to be fair it did take some time for me to get out to dealership. However, the most work that they had to do was get the car from another dealership otherwise I didn't even test drive the car and I was told by Sean they were "bending over backwards" for me. When I literally did not even sit down with Sean face to face. We did email a bit to see when I would be coming in but that's part of the job and getting a sale. Hardly "bending over backwards". Matt, however, was upfront and honest when doing my paperwork and I really appreciated that. However, it was unnecessary to pull my credit so many times for so many banks which caused a higher payment in the end. I may not have been the easiest sale they've ever had but I certainly was far from the hardest and I felt like an inconvenience. I won't be recommending Jeff Belzer's to any family or friends unfortunately. I was so excited for this too, I have not had a car in three years, the least they could of done was offer to take a picture for me. More
