My experience purchasing a Ram in July 2018 My experience purchasing a Dodge Ram was mixed to say the least. The Salesman Jeff Shadrick was very helpful and kind. He did everything he could do My experience purchasing a Dodge Ram was mixed to say the least. The Salesman Jeff Shadrick was very helpful and kind. He did everything he could do to facilitate the sale of the Ram I purchased The pricing proposal I received changed Three times, thru no fault of the salesman., First the price went up $1500, then up $3000, then down $ 3000 then after I had a signed legal contract the price went up another $1000. The accessories salesman was a graduate student in the sales prevention business. If it wouldn’t have been for the Ram salesman Jeff Shadrick the deal would have never happened, he found a way to get the running boards and box cover put on in a timely manner. Give a raise to Jeff Shadrick and get rid of the accessories salesman. Paul Heil More

Worst service i have ever had. Brakes went out on my 2014 Sierra and almost killed me and my family less than 3 weeks after i bought it. I had to pay out of pocket to fix it. Before this i scheduled some work to be done and at 7:30am and guess what... Not a sole in site. Waited 20 min and was late to work. I wouldn't trust them. More
