However, there was another truck I saw online that I was considering that we were not able to locate in my time there which was disappointing. Fair pricing My husband and I arrived in the morning wanting to look at two cars we saw on-line. Jeff greeted us in a friendly manner. He found one of the cars w My husband and I arrived in the morning wanting to look at two cars we saw on-line. Jeff greeted us in a friendly manner. He found one of the cars we requested and let us take it for a drive while he looked for the other. He never did find the second car, but he brought another one that would work for us. It cost a little more than we wanted to spend, but he assured us we could keep our monthly payments where we wanted them. It took about 3 hours to get the financing in place and then we worked with Andy to finish things up. He was very friendly and explained the paper work clearly and quickly. We enjoyed working with Jeff and Andy. There were quite a few employees in the building however, who were more interested in talking to each other, getting their beverages... That's why we didn't give it a 5. I think everyone in the building should acknowledge customers with eye contact, a smile, something. Some of these employees really avoided the customers at the dealership. I own a small business with my husband, so am very aware of good customer service and an environment that makes the customer feel welcome. More
