He also was very helpful keeping my 3 yr old Son occupied and had some toy cars for him to play with. Everyone else was nice too. Part of the buying process includes a couple pitches on protective services for the car, however when I declined they still treated me very well. Overall it was a good experience! More

Exceeded expectations Bob S and Tim were so easy to work with. Pleasant Experience I purchased a 2017 Chevy Cruze from Belzer's less than a year ago, and unfortunately it was destroyed in an accident. I returned to Belzer's to replac I purchased a 2017 Chevy Cruze from Belzer's less than a year ago, and unfortunately it was destroyed in an accident. I returned to Belzer's to replace that Cruze with another one. I had intended to just get another 2017 Cruze. My original salesperson was Justin Englin, but this time I was working with Marc Guerrero. I can honestly say that both Justin and Marc were outstanding. Justin got me the exact car I wanted last time, and Marc did even better. He let me know that I could get a new 2018 Cruze for a better price than a used 2017 Cruze. When all was said and done, I drove away with a newer car, and a lower monthly payment than I had before. Marc knew exactly what I wanted because Justin had briefed him on my past buying experience. Even though Justin wasn't involved with this new transaction, he still came to see me to make sure everything was being handled properly. Marc certainly handled everything with ease, and he took what could have been a long and painful process to get a new car into a most enjoyable and rewarding experience. I was obviously elated with how things turned out. Thanks to both Justn Englin and Marc Guerrero for being professional, honest, and very personable as well! More

Very Friendly/not enough info of what I was buying It had been a long time since I've brought a car. Sean was great to work with. Due to bad weather I hadn't driven the van in a few day. To find it filthy, poor detailing. I also would have like more info that the van had no bells or whistles. More
