Management wouldn’t cover the cost of a second key or even make me a deal on the key all. Nothing. Michael helped out with the cost as much as he could on the cost and I appreciate his honesty and straightforward communication. Michael stayed in constant communication with me and did every right to make sure I had a great experience. I could not have asked for a better consulatant. I was traveling from over an hour away and he made the whole experience effortless. More

Jard in service (wanted to have something looked at, which turned out fine) was also AMAZING! Again so friendly and down to earth. Got my car right in and updated me right away on updates. The dealership was kind enough to take a second look at an issue at no charge after I already drove it off the lot. All turned out fine, but it was awesome that they offered to have me bring it back in just in case. More

Purchase We came in knowing which vehicle we were interested in so there wasn't much a lot the sales person needed to do as far as determining our 'wants and n We came in knowing which vehicle we were interested in so there wasn't much a lot the sales person needed to do as far as determining our 'wants and needs'; but he was able to walk us through the process. We were looking at 2013 Honda, which is not a brand that Belzer sells so the sales person was not familiar with the vehicle. But for us, that didn't matter, we were familiar with it.
