I wanted to check with my credit union on monday to see what rate I could get through them. I like the fact Dennis let me take the time to do so and not pushy to make the sale that day even though I knew the truck could still be sold to someone else. By doing so it allowed me to get the best rate and monthly payment ithat was best for my budget. More

Simple car purchase from Houston Was very easy to work with the sales team in buying a car from Houston. Car was ready for pickup when promised. Only minor complaint was that while I Was very easy to work with the sales team in buying a car from Houston. Car was ready for pickup when promised. Only minor complaint was that while I was paying cash, the finance process required a credit pull for "background check" reasons which, when asked, was promised--and was promised on several occasions--that would not result in a "hard pull" on my credit history. Sadly, this _did_ result in a hard pull on my credit report. Certainly this isn't the end of the world but I was literally _promised_ that it wouldn't result in a hard pull so I'm disappointed as I feel like I was lied to though I am willing to believe that everyone who promised me genuinely didn't think a hard pull would occur. The bigger issue was that the need for pulling a credit report (rather than a credit check) wasn't given. I strongly suspect that this was simply their standard process which they should have just admitted. Anyway, I would still recommend the dealer as the overall experience was good. The car was used, though very lightly, and they didn't identify a few minor issues with the appearance of the car (tear in the stitching on driver's side door, through the clearcoat scratches on the rear passenger-side door trim and pillar) but in my experience no dealer identifies anything other than major issues with used cars so I can't really lower their ranking based upon this. The big thing was that I did the deal from such a great distance and all of the important bits were handled very well so, again, I would definitely shop them again if I were to do another long-distance purchase. Belzer's is the best "Z" is wonderful and treats us like family. All 3 of our vehicles we are driving right now were sold to us by him. I just lost my key fob for my new optima and the parts and service department got me a new one and programmed it within 15 minutes, even cared enough about my walking boot to offer to pull my car up to the door for me. Fantastic job guys! As long as we live in minnesota Belzer's will be the first place we go. More
