At previous dealerships we had high pressure sales pitches with both t We dreaded buying another car and put it off much longer than we should have. At previous dealerships we had high pressure sales pitches with both the salesman and finance manager ganging up on us, and strongly pushing both of us to go over our budget. So we put off buying a car for a long time, longer than we should have. Our hand was finally forced, we had to buy a new or used car, asap. We came to Jeff Belzer after sending a message about a used car they had listed online, and absolutely dreading the experience. When we came into the dealership we were both nervous, and my heart was racing with dread, after our past bad experiences at two other dealerships. But, Casey Kleis was FABULOUS!! He listened to what we said, he actually LISTENED to what we were saying and what we wanted and how much we needed the payments to be. And he respected where we needed to stay on payments to stay within our budget. Our original plan was to buy a used car that we had seen in their ad. After listening to us (and with no ridicule about our budget concerns), he told us he could put us in a brand new 2018 Kia Optima for LESS than it would have cost us for used one we were interested in, and that he thought he could keep our payments at or below the budget we had set. We did a test drive on a beautiful deep red Kia Optima, but were still skeptical about the payments coming in under budget, for a car with so many bells and whistles... but we loved the Optima, which had every feature that we loved but didn't think we could afford ;and ran so smoothly and was such a pretty color! So we were told to wait in the lounge while the finance manager did his thing. We didn't wait more than 15 min, I think it was actually less, when Tim Naasz, the finance manager came out and told us everything was done and we could sign the papers right then. We were shocked it was done so quickly, and still expecting payments to be over budget. He sat us down in his office and I thought to myself, here it comes, because the last two purchases, the highest pressure happened in the finance office while signing papers. Tim told us the name of the bank we were financed through and showed us three options for additional insurance if we were interested. There was no high pressure to purchase it though, just a paper showing us the different payments if we took it or opted out. We did choose to take the gap insurance since it was a brand new car, and took home the info about the extended warranty in case we wanted to get it later on (they offer interest free payments on it if we choose to do so). The payments still came out about $25 a month under our budget and in less than two hours (it took about an hour to detail the car for us) we were driving home in our brand new , gorgeous and absolutely loaded, 2018 KIA Optima. Since then we have been averaging 42 mpg on our rural highways. The backup camera and the blind spot warnings are SO helpful. Actually, everything is helpful on this vehicle. We are SO glad we went to Jeff Belzer, and so glad we had Casey Kleis as our Salesman, and Tim Naasz as our finance manager. Every person we dealt with fro start to finish was wonderful, even the man in charge of doing the detailing on our car before we left with it from the dealership. The man that did the detailing also spent about 15 min showing how to use several of the features we were unfamiliar with and helped us connect one of phones to the car via Bluetooth so we could do hands free calling and use Google Maps through the car to help us get home (about a 90 min drive. Jeff Belzer has gained two customers for life and we plan to let our friends and family know what a great experience we had so they can check with them next time they are in the market for another car. It was wonderful experience, and as long as we deal with them again whenever we need another car, we won't be nervous or anxious about the purchase because Jeff Belzer treats their customers and potential customers, RIGHT!! Highly recommend them to anyone who needs a new or used car! More

After test driving a car he could tell by my reaction that it wasn't the best for me. He told me he would not lease that car to me car because he could tell I wasn't completely happy with it. I really appreciated his honesty, integrity, and professionalism. He doesn't look to get a car off the lot, he really wants his customers to be happy with what they have. Not only did he help me find the perfect fit, he also did it in a timely manner. I was able to find a car and purchase it within 2 1/2 hours. (Most of that time being on my end). I will definitely be doing more business with Bob in the future. More

They refused to pay for them, or go down on price to make it even. Also we came from over an hour away, and when we went to leave the new vehicle didn't have any gas in it. To make that even more inconvenient it was during a snowstorm. So overall it was just an ok experience. More

I was impressed by the professionalism he displayed while helping us research, experience, and ultimately select the vehicle we purchased. He went out of his way to provide us with options that made sense and provided the right amount of follow-up as the process progressed. His professionalism helped to establish a level of trust that made our decision pleasant when compared to other dealerships. Joby even came in early on the day that I picked up my vehicle and detailed the interior to make sure that it met my standards, I highly recommend Joby to anyone considering a new or used car purchase.
