I told Joby what I wanted, he made it happen! My wife and I stopped in just looking at new Caravan, no intention to buy that day. While looking in the lot Joby stumbled upon us and started helping My wife and I stopped in just looking at new Caravan, no intention to buy that day. While looking in the lot Joby stumbled upon us and started helping us out. We ended that visit with me telling Joby what we were looking for and what we wanted to pay. Within a week Joby called me back and said he has a deal that meets our needs. So I scheduled time to come back to the dealer, he even went out of his way to pick me up from the bank down the street after I sold our old van! Now that was customer service. Joby was upfront and honest, I was in and out with our new van in less than hour and a half. Thank you!! More
