We stopped in on a busy Saturday afternoon and had Nate assist us right away while Bob was finishing up with a customer. The vehicle was clean, drove awesome, looked great. We came to Jeff Belzer Chevrolet looking for a specific vehicle we saw online, but it had sold by the time we got there. Bob helped us identify exactly what we wanted and found the perfect vehicle at a dealership out of state. He then got the vehicle for us and gave us the same price as the original vehicle we had intended to purchase. The purchase process was handled by Josh Heimkes, who was very informative, transparent and easy to deal with. Finally, when we got the vehicle, Tyler Grubb did a great job introducing the family to all of the new technology offered on our new vehicle. In addition to the great purchase experience, I'm convinced that we got a better deal on a very popular vehicle than we could have gotten anywhere else in the midwest.
