Fell Short of expectations I called service because the rear wiper on my Tahoe was not working. While it was in I also wanted an oil change and tire rotation. I explained to the person I spoke to that I would need a loaner while my vehicle was being worked on because I may need to travel to local sites for my job and was told that would not be an issue. I show up first thing in the morning to drop my car off and I am told that they do not have any record of a loaner being requested, they have no loaners and will not have any available for over a week and a half. That if I need a loaner then I will need to reschedule the appointment. I didn't want to reschedule so I settled for a ride from shuttle. Waited 20 minutes for shuttle to come get me. Luckily I was able to reschedule my local travel for a different day. When my Tahoe was done I was on the phone so got a voicemail that it was done. About 15 minutes later I received another phone call that my vehicle was undrivable as there was an issue discovered in the fuel system and they would need it for a couple more days. Luckily I questioned this only to find out that they were calling the wrong person. A simple mistake I will admit but really shot my blood pressure up. More

That effort paid off when I was contacted by their sales staff (Bob Burke) after I showed interest in a Jeep. That initial contact from Bob Burke turned my decision to buy from this dealership. I found him honest, straightforward and very pleasant. I knew I was not going to be disappointed by a 600 mile drive to buy a Jeep I could not test drive nor see in advance. Bob met me as scheduled and everything he said about the vehicle and process was proven to be just so. I don’t always buy for the best price (this deal beat my local dealer by $2,500). I will only deal with honest and good folks. This dealer now has my business and my families business even though they are 8 hours from our home.
