I scheduled an apt with him 2 days later and arrived to see the car I was interested in parked up front as I drove in. Reception was very friendly and found Justin right away. Justin was very thoughtful in understanding my priorities with my car purchase, lifestyle preference and financing options. He offered many options and even suggested a trip to the New Prague location if I wanted to see more. At the end of the day, it was the first car I ended up purchasing but I appreciate feeling like Justin presented me many options. Overall great experience. More

Worst Dealership in the Metro Area Maybe they should concentrate on customer service instead of making stupid commercials which no one likes? My experience was horrible! First of all Maybe they should concentrate on customer service instead of making stupid commercials which no one likes? My experience was horrible! First of all I walked the lot for about 2 hours one night and not ONE salesperson came out to help or ask me if I needed help. I came back the next day to be berated, insulted as if I had zero knowledge of car values or the mechanics thereof. A trade in manager basically yelled at me for questioning his veracity of a spreadsheet without any references other than some numbers, probably the same spread sheet he shows on every car. The salesperson? Well he is not commissioned based so had no interest in closing the deal of which we were only $1,000 a part. $1,000? There is ZERO negotiating skills at this dealership. What you have are a bunch of arrogant egotistical (came out big time from the trade in manager) walking around trying to emulate the look of the IDIOT in the commercial with NO interest in selling you a thing unless you bow down and buckle to their terms, they are NOT interested whatsoever in yours. Jeremy for example has zero customer service skills, and is narcissistic enough not to care. He'd rather berate the customer who questions him. I'd say if you do visit this dealership and Jeremy walks out, ask for another manager. The guy clearly is unstable, aggressive, arrogant and cares LESS if you are there to buy a car, he's there for himself. Aside from this, they really lack in customer service. It a depressing environment and anyone who steps foot into this business will know the feeling shortly, they are not happy you are there to buy a car in other words, they come across as if they are doing YOU the favour. How a business can elevate a total narcissist as Jeremy to manager should tell you all you need to know. More

Don't under stand Have a dodge ram and had a $1,000.00 brake job done and they squeal with 9,000 miles on it. I had 90,000 on factory brakes and did not make one sound. And leave messages and never get called back. They still have not got back to me on my rust warranty. I liked to buy and liked there service but something happened lately and am changing my mind about them. Brian grundhauser is great but he must not work there anymore thats to bad. It's hard to talk you up if you can't follow thru on the finish. More
