Buying A 2017 Siren Red Suburban We came to Belzer to buy a 2017 Siren Red Suburban. We asked to see Jim McMahon first as we know of him from buying other cars at Belzer. Jim is alwa We came to Belzer to buy a 2017 Siren Red Suburban. We asked to see Jim McMahon first as we know of him from buying other cars at Belzer. Jim is always such a pleasant person. He referred us to Paul Johnson - That was a First Class decision. Paul listened to our list of needs and wants. He took immediate action to locate the Red Suburban. Paul called and kept us up to date on when the truck would arrive. He called again and said the truck is in and when he was available to work with us. Paul listened again to our financial needs and it was determined we should lease the truck this time and not buy it as we have done in the past. All numbers were crunched, and Paul made sure we were taken care of by Jim McMahon and that the truck was washed and vacuumed. Paul never left us hanging around. Paul was also at the truck to wish us well, thank us and say good by. He did an OUTSTANDING JOB, We shall return for my new car in the Summer of 2018!!!! More

Only three of the many dealers we contacted returned our inquiry. One was Belzer's. We purchased a Dodge Challenger 392 Scat Pack and we love it! Our friends love it! We all love the color! The attention we received from Shayne and the other sales people was understandable, even when we were committed to our longstanding tradition of overnight prayer and thought. We appreciated hearing about the features of the car. We especially appreciated the test drive in both vehicles we were considering and that really helped us make a decision. Thank you. Buyer Beware We agreed on a price for a new car and then asked what we would get for our trade in. After waiting for 20 plus minutes they brought in a purchase ag We agreed on a price for a new car and then asked what we would get for our trade in. After waiting for 20 plus minutes they brought in a purchase agreement with the amount for the trade in we asked for but the purchase price was proportionately higher. We asked what happened and they wouldn't give us a straight answer so we asked for our keys and had to argue with them for 20 minutes before they would give us our keys! As we were leaving the "manager" said "You weren't even going to buy a car:" My husband was livid. He had bought a new car from them 5 years prior and had it serviced there. We made an appointment, brought in our trade in, and agreed to the new car price. We were very serious and felt they treated us poorly. So much for developing customer loyalty. More
