Phenomenal Five-Hour Experience! Checking on-line for the vehicle we wanted brought us to Belzer's. We immediately received a call from Paul Johnson who arranged a time to meet. We arrived to test-drive a 2015 Ford Explorer, which we did. Then we drove a 2015 Sorento which had better visuality than the Explorer. Since we could purchase a 2017 Sorento for almost the same price as the 2015 Explorer, that's what we did. The sales experience was incredible. The time spent with us was one-on one by Paul Johnson, then another person who went over details of coating on the vehicle, and another person who was going to explain all the technology in the vehicle, and then the incredible financial person who took us through the purchasing experience in such a relaxed manner and atmosphere. It was a wonderful day and we are so happy with our new purchase! More

Worst car buying experience ever We came here to buy a truck first they couldn't find the truck they advertised online in the lot. So we scheduled an appointment the next day to view the truck. We decided to buy the truck. We had to leave for child's event and signed pre sale paperwork to guarantee price and warranty. We made an appointment to come back in 2 hours to complete all paperwork. When we came back they stayed they could not honor the warranty they advertised online and that we signed and could offer us only a lesser warranty! We decided that we liked the truck even though they did a bait and switch with the warranty. We were not financing through them so should have been a quick easy process plus they stated they would have paperwork ready to be signed. We waited 2 hours! I would never do business with this dealership More

Save yourself the trouble and avoid their phantom deals! I had bought a new truck once before with Belzer and things had gone smoothly. When looking again not so much. I called about a truck and the salesman I had bought a new truck once before with Belzer and things had gone smoothly. When looking again not so much. I called about a truck and the salesman stated that the truck was still available. We agreed on the price and I gave him my credit card, license and proof of insurance to hold the truck until I got there. 1.5 hours later the salesman calls me back and says it isn't available anymore. 10 minutes I would have understood but I was already on the road to pick it up and no deal - but guess what? They had one just like it for sale just $5,000 more! I wonder if the truck even existed in the first place. Avoid their bait and switch tactics and go elsewhere. More
