Exceptional, personable, friendly service! We were driving down to a small business/car dealership & just happened to drive by Jeff Belzer's. We decided to stop in to see if they had a vehicle We were driving down to a small business/car dealership & just happened to drive by Jeff Belzer's. We decided to stop in to see if they had a vehicle that fit what we was looking for. We were greeted by John as we walked inside; he was very friendly and asked if he could assist us in looking for a car. I described what I was looking for to John and he was GREAT about looking up cars that fit my price, make, model, and drive type. John was the perfect mix of friendly & knowledgeable without being a "typical, pushy car salesman". We left, visited the dealership we originally intended to go to, and actually came back the same day because we were so impressed with the quality of cars AND the quality of service we were provided that day. I am extremely impressed with the way Jeff Belzer's is run as a company as well as the service we were provided during our car purchase. Don assisted us in the financial/payment process. He was friendly and knowledgeable, answering all of my first-time car buyer questions. He made the process fast & efficient without taking away from the quality of service we were provided. Joel went out of his way to come up & say hello while we were walking out. He was not actually involved in our purchasing process, but the way in which he presented himself and went out of his way to say hello reflects positively on Jeff Belzer's and the types of individuals that work there. We will absolutely visit Jeff Belzer's again when we are in need of another car. Thank you! More
