Overall Great Experience I enjoyed working with Bill Kelly. He seemed like a straight shooter and he was eager to please. Once I got to financing my experience was less enjoya I enjoyed working with Bill Kelly. He seemed like a straight shooter and he was eager to please. Once I got to financing my experience was less enjoyable. Adam Daher was a little pushy regarding the available warranties. I acknowledge that he is probably required to do this but I didn't enjoy it. A different Adam delivered the truck to me and did a great job explaining the options and how everything worked. He certainly added to my positive experience. I got home and realized the tail light (above the rear window sliding door) was only attached to the truck with one screw (should be two). I was a bit disappointed by this but it's a relatively minor thing. Love the truck. More

Fair asking price but be prepared to spend all day The asking price for the vehicle was very fair, but they made that up with my trade. Friendly and efficient I chose the car I wanted online before arriving at dealership so was an easy sell for my sales person but Bob Burke was very friendly and answered all I chose the car I wanted online before arriving at dealership so was an easy sell for my sales person but Bob Burke was very friendly and answered all the random questions I threw at him. I live out of town (2 hours) so called ahead to ask if the car could be held until I arrived. Bob is the sales person I was transferred to and agreed very happily. He called me back a few minutes later to say that somebody had already scheduled a test drive with the car but he would keep my updated. He was very polite and thanked me for my patients. He let me know when I could expect a follow up call. Bob later called me to inform me the car was still available and he was holding the keys until I arrived. I appreciate this because he could have just let me drive there and then inform me the car was sold or was being driven and try to sell me something else. I've met sales persons at other dealerships that I am pretty sure would do that in a second. Buying this car was a great experience. The only time I was left alone more than 5 minutes was when I was waiting for the part of the process but staff members would check in and acknowledge my presence. I wanted to put my down payment on a debit card and the finance guy told me I couldn't. I asked, because I'd put a down payment on a card before, if my only option was to get a check at a local WF and he said yes. I asked him why and he stated it was because most cards have a limit on daily spending. I informed him I had raised my limit in past so it should be fine. I did end up using my card. The finance part was the only part I didn't love but I think its just the personality of the person I worked with. More
