My experience with Jeff Belzer dealership was by far my worst car buying experience ever. I won’t do business with them and won’t recommend then to my wort enemies even if they offered the best price on t worst car buying experience ever. I had an appointment to test drive a 2021 Alfa Romeo Stelvio. Ten minutes away from the dealership they called to let me know the car won’t start and needs a battery. Since I was so close I went anyway to see the car. It was raining that day and car was soaking wet on the inside. They also offered me $10k less on my trade and didn’t even look at it or evaluate it correctly based on year make model options. At the end, they kinda kicked me out. I felted disrespect. They sure acted like they did not want my business at all and rather keep the car! Well, they kept it. I bought the same car from another dealer the next day and was offered $10k more on my trade.
