Making it easy I spent a recent Friday morning trying to finalize a car purchase with another dealership and it was your typical car buying experience with mystery, I spent a recent Friday morning trying to finalize a car purchase with another dealership and it was your typical car buying experience with mystery, suspense, and anger. Jessica Gitch answered my call and handled my frustrated call with ease and positivity (which was exactly what I needed at that point). I arrived at Belzer and was immediately met by Jessica who read the situation perfectly and together we took care of the purchase of a new vehicle without the above mentioned mystery, suspense and anger.
