Awesome, just awesome! My son and I walked onto the lot at Jeff Belzer with no idea what to expect. He needed a car, but had no previous credit. We met up with Dan Synder. First off let me say, Dan is not your ordinary car salesman. He put us at ease about the lack of credit and was not your typical pushy saleman. He showed us several cars, until my son had made his decision. We filled out the paperwork, and he stated that he was going to givce it to Matt Moore in Finance. He called Matt a "Pit Bull" that will beat up the banks for the best deal. It did not take Matt long to come back with an approval for my son. I have to say that I am very impressed with the whole process at Jeff Belzer. I felt like I was working with friends and not a dealership that was only interested in selling a car. This was a truely awesome experience, and a great learning tool for my son to see how a good company can do business. More

Say anything to close the deal Bought a new Ram and wish I could return it. Wanted to pay cash but was sold on signing up for credit thru Chrysler. Asked specifically if there would be a penalty or interest if I immediately paid off the loan and was told no. Of course, got my first statement from Chrysler financing with a fat interest fee. Called the dealership and was promised a return call from the sales manager. That was 6 weeks ago and I have yet to hear anything. Wrote a letter, nothing. Also had to make my own appointment for bed liner and rustproofing that was in the sales agreement or I would probably still be waiting for that. Bottom line, will say what they have to and close the deal. It's your problem after that. More
