Extremely poor service experience Brought our car in for a 9:00 appointment, we did not hear back from the service after 2 calls. Finally received a call the next morning with no information on what the issue is or when it will be done. Since we already took one day off of work to get this resolved, we had to ell them to stop working on it and we need to pick and will bring it somewhere else. I don't know why we even made an appointment if they didn't look at until the next day. When we went to pick it up the windshield was cracked. They said we must of had a chip in the windshield and it cracked when they brought it inside. "Not our fault" What is even better is the manager said we never drove your car, so we didn't put the chip in the windshield. So they had my car for over 24 hours and never test drove it to find the issue. I bought truck from Belzer because of the price and we were thinking of buying our SUV from them. You need to decided if their low prices are worth the poor service you receive. They are like the Wal-Mart of car dealers. Great prices, poor service. More

a simple oil change Took my Silverado in for a simple oil change and tire rotation. I was told it was finished. The error code monitor box was still in my cab so I repl Took my Silverado in for a simple oil change and tire rotation. I was told it was finished. The error code monitor box was still in my cab so I replaced it on the unoccupied desk next to the truck. I drove off. I noticed that my wheel lock was nowhere to be found so I returned and asked about it. They found it and proceeded to torque down all of my wheel lugs. They were going to let me go with loose wheel nuts! I have voiced my opinion elsewhere on the net and someone from Belzers service replied to my comments that I would get a call to talk about this. Nothing. It seems that the car buying process was reasonable there but the service is very subpar. There are lots of other dealers in the area that I know have good service. I am now using them instead of these folks. I realize everyone has an off day. I also realize that loose wheel nuts are not something to let a customer leave the dealership with. I also think that someone should have contacted me. I will not buy another vehicle there. Hope this helps someone make a decision. More
Aweful Experience The service department lacks customer service skills, as well as knowledge of diesel vehicles. They had our truck for 29 days when nothing was wrong The service department lacks customer service skills, as well as knowledge of diesel vehicles. They had our truck for 29 days when nothing was wrong after they completed an initial update to an electrical component. Filed a complaint with Chrysler due to the length of time they had the vehicle and the tests they chose to use to determine something was wrong with the fuel. We were never contacted by service manager, even after he was contacted by Chrysler. The service manager indicated he was not contacted by Chrysler. He also indicated that the tests they used were standard protocal. I contacted Chrysler and two other service providers for Dodge vehicles and was told that this test was not standard protocal. Also, the test is not accurate in any way. However, it caused the dealer/service department to keep the vehicle for 15 more days. As soon as we were given the go ahead to drive the vehicle. We brought it to another dealership and they determined within 24 hours that nothing was wrong with the vehicle. We missed our vacation and another trip to visit family because of the lack of knowledge in the service department. Not to mention the blatant lies we were told. We will never use this dealer for anything again. More

Service department I bought a new 2015 Silverado and the salesman and the loan officer was great to deal with. Then I had a problem with the hvac and door locks, this is when the service went bad. The service manager said he would call me back the next day with what they would do to correct the problem, that was on Tuesday and still no word from him and it is now Thursday pm. I called and left a message for Jeff Belzer to call me on Wednesday and as of Thursday pm still no call from him. The service is the worst I have ever had from any chev dealer and I have been buying chev cars and trucks since 2006 just not from this dealership. THIS WILL BE THE LAST VEHICLE I EVER buy from a Belzer owned company. More
My pick for best service advisor I have dealt with many service advisors and none were anything to brag about till I met Jason Lanigan. Can not say enought good about Jason. Paid for diagnostic without finding anything Today my traction control and stabilitrak light turned on twice with the loss of power steering. I was in the area and brought it in. After waiting I received a call stating that they found a code, drove it for 20 miles waiting to act up, and could not find a source or fix the problem. This resulted in paying for the hourly service rate, and using my gas. I have called previously about this problem before,l to this specific dealership without having a call back from the service department. I have called another dealership and they have always called back answered in a timely matter and noted these technical problems. I am overall not impressed by the service department compared to other dealers. When arriving to pick up my vehicle an hour later after the initial phone all stating it would be ready in approximately 30 min. the paperwork was not ready and lost. I know things can get hectic but anyone in customer service knows that you should not state exact times if you cannot keep them. This is probably the only time I will ever interact with Jeff Belzer's. More
Out of town luck I was traveling for work when I was nit on the highway outside of Minneapolis. Thank goodness the tow truck driver took my car to Jeff Belzer's dealership. I had no idea where to take it and who to,even trust. Since I travel about 1600 miles a week, and I live in Kansas city missouri, this could have been a very difficult repair. However, the service, body shop, and general manger have taken this and made it an easy process. I also shouldn't forget the receptionist who had to see my number pop up several times and wonder who I was going to need this time. I do a lot of business in the northen central states, so when I need a new car, it makes sense to go where when they didn't have to take extra care, they did. I am truly grateful for all your staff and the help you all provided. More
