We knew exactly what we were going there to buy. The vehicle was dirty inside and it was brand new. They could have cleaned the glass and inside knowing we had an appointment days in advance. They low balled us on our trade big time and didn’t accommodate our request to submit personalized plates because it was getting late. We did a lot of sitting around and waiting while several employees were hanging around and talking. 5 hours was too long for a transaction that should have taken maybe 2 hours at most. The salesman was nice but wasn’t focused on us and our needs. He was on his phone a lot, chatting with staff and doing multiple other things. We do love the vehicle and got a decent price on the vehicle itself. More

We were treated like "neighbors" from the minute we walked in the door until we walked out (keys in hand). The vehicle we had our eyes on had a slight issue with brakes and Jon & Dennis didn't hesitate to take it back to service to have a tech look at them right away before we even talked about making the purchase. Unfortunately I was unable to obtain a solid financing option due to no fault of the dealership. I was however, able to get a good deal on a 2019 F150 under lease conditions and get rid of my used vehicle in the same process. The dealership was not pushy and followed my directions until it was apparent what I wanted could not be obtained. It was then that they gave me other options and the lease was one and I, not they, chose to pursue it. Great over all experience. More
