All the people I dealt with from the receptionist to the delivery coordinator were very professional but also treated me like friend. From my first phone call to driving off the lot I worked with experienced and knowledgeable people that made me enjoy the experience. I felt they were trustworthy, genuinely interested in me and that I was in good hands. They had a great inventory of vehicles, great pricing and customer service. Mike Voss was exceptional in securing the vehicle I wanted and went above and beyond in communicating with me. I knew when the vehicle was arriving, when it was being prepped and when the accessories were installed. He sent me pricing, purchase documents, pictures of accessories and more. With the help of Dennis and the finance team, I bought the car in under 4 hours. There was a rattle coming from the front end that Belzer's promised to fix. It took a few phone calls on my part, and a few trips to various mechanics, but in the end the problem was small, easily fixed, and entirely paid for by Belzer's. Dennis was very eager to help get the problem sorted out. He does respond faster to phone calls than e-mails, but that's not a deal breaker for me. More

The entire process of finding the truck I wanted to buy to financing the deal to an honest and accurate evaluation of my old truck's trade-in value was straight-forward, efficient and without any hint of hassle. Time spent in the pursuit of a new vehicle was of the essence, even more so with me working night shifts. Scott and the team cheerfully worked around my odd schedule without complaint and did not pressure me at all. From the first conversation with Mr. Cameron, I had a good gut feeling and we developed a solid rapport in short order. I highly recommend anyone who seeks honest and ethical business to see for themselves what the Jeff Belzer team has to offer. Oh, and by the way, the truck is a 2011 F-150 and an absolute cream puff. The actual mileage on this vehicle was under the internet listing. The condition of the truck was better than advertised and even better than was described. 2010 Dodge Grand Caravan has problems, less that 1,500 miles This car looked great when I bought it - within 200 miles I needed an alignment on the tires. The car started not to start properly, sometime it start This car looked great when I bought it - within 200 miles I needed an alignment on the tires. The car started not to start properly, sometime it starts, sometime it does not with out taking the key fob out and trying again. The brake light came on, I checked, it had no brake fluid. Now the check engine light is on and the car won't go into the economy mode. I have had the electrical system checked and the battery and alternator are good. The dealer won't do anything because it's over 150000 miles. When I bought it it had just over 152000 miles on it, More work needed at 153,000 needed. Nice salesman, not so nice dealership. Update: The dealership has called and will be working with me to find the source of the check engine problem. I would also like to see the economy mode work but knowing that there is no major problem causing the check engine fault . The starting problem is so intermittent that I'm not worrying about it at this time. Another update:I think the car has gremlins! After driving a mile, leaving the car for 10 minutes, I turned the car back on, the check engine light was off and the ecno feature is working again. I can't hold the dealership responsible for something so random. The alignment, brake fluid problem and the starting issues still cause me a little concern, it is what it is!. More
