Not great start turned very good experience At the beginning of the process of purchasing my used Ford F150, it was extremely hard and I had to work to hard to even see the 2 trucks I wanted to. At the beginning of the process of purchasing my used Ford F150, it was extremely hard and I had to work to hard to even see the 2 trucks I wanted to. The dealership couldn't find the keys to one and the other was in the "body shop". I even talked to the Lakeville location about when truck 2 would be finished and they couldn't even find it. The day before the keys were found for the other, which ended up being the truck I purchased, truck 2 was sold. I didn't appreciate having the perception that someone wasn't being upfront about that one being on the selling block. Despite all of that, I finally met with Justen and drove truck 1. Justen ABSOLUTELY saved this experience! The truck I bought was available at a lot of places, but after meeting Justen and how he represented Belzer's, I knew that was what I wanted to associate my first truck purchase with. More

All ready referred a number of people I had been shopping for a plug-in hybrid for a couple of years at dealers in the Bloomington/Burnsville area and while the sales people were helpful t I had been shopping for a plug-in hybrid for a couple of years at dealers in the Bloomington/Burnsville area and while the sales people were helpful they were also a bit pushy. Always wanting me to "buy today". Michael Voss at Belzer was not only helpful but he let me shop at my own pace and I felt very comfortable working with him. Also, he is very honest. I agreed to buy my new Pacifica Hybrid on the phone and went down to Belzer to sign the papers and pick up the van. While Michael was showing us how to connect our phones to the van we happened to mention that we own a Ford hybrid. Michael immediate told us that there was a $1000 rebate for owner of a car like ours. We didn't know about the rebate and we were ready to sign without it. Thanks to Michael, we not only got the best price that I was able to find on the van, but he saved us another $1000. I have since shown the van at an EV show and passed out Michael's cards to several interested parties. I plan to do so at more shows in the near future. More
