Be careful if you trade in a vehicle.in New Prague Location I was in New Prague Location. The Salesperson Brandon was wonderful. He was very knowledgeable and spent a lot of time with us. The Delivery person Bob was great as well as the Finance guy. If I had not been trading in a vehicle It would have been a great experience. Now for the Trade, the person that takes care of this Barry was very arrogant and not real easy to work with which would have been okay if he had been fair. Unfortunately, I was gullible and believed everything he said. He told me things that were wrong that were not, inflated the cost to renovate and made me thing I was getting a deal. I found out later from my mechanic things I should have known going in to negotiate a little better. I could have kicked myself. I will know better next time. I probably lost about 2K in trade value and would have been better off staying in the cities. More

I told these guys that i hadn't bought a new car in years just because of the poor experiences that I've had. These guys were just great, hopefully the rest of their staff is just as good. More
