Easy, Informative, Helpful, Professional I was referred to Mike Voss from my brother in-law, after he had a wonderful experience getting a new truck. I myself wanted to trade in my older truc I was referred to Mike Voss from my brother in-law, after he had a wonderful experience getting a new truck. I myself wanted to trade in my older truck fro something newer with less miles on it. Mike was able to help determine how much I was willing/able to afford and suggested different pricing options for leasing and owning. Mike did a wonderful job of getting me the right information about the vehicles I was interested in. I was able to test drive a few of the vehicles we were looking, and Mike was able to point out different features of the vehicle. After finding the right one, we were able to sit down and discuss the next steps in the approval process. The whole process was very up front and honest. After leaving the finance department to finalize the deal, Mike had stayed around to help with the final delivery of the vehicle, which he was not obligated to do. I would soon learn that when I was in the finance department, Mike had taken my new vehicle and put a full tank of gas in it for me. Very unexpected, but highly appreciative! The highly emotional and stressful day I was expecting, was met with friendly faces and professionalism. I could not have asked for a better team to help me with my search for new vehicle. During the whole process, I wasn't stressed, but excited that Mike and his team were going to do what ever they can to get me in the right vehicle that fit my needs and finances.
