Well Jessica got me into the Fresh Start Program, they help people with not the highest credit score and money for deposit. I am thrilled with the Fresh Start Program, and Jessica Gitch. I didn’t even want to buy a car, but it was necessary with my current one being not driveable. To say the least, I wasn’t happy to be car shopping to start. Our sales person, Justen, was amazing. He was so patient, willing to do what ever it was to make sure I had a great day. He was extremely knowledgeable but if he didn’t know the answer to my question he was honest and quickly found out the answer. Justen really listened to what I wanted in a car and where we were at with finances. He ran as many scenarios as I wanted to see prices and deals. He spent almost his entire day with us making sure we were taken care of when it comes to buying a car. Will be going back again. Thank Justen for a great car buying experience. More

Great Experience buying a 2018 Ford F150 Lariat from Justen! My wife and I were shopping around for a new Shadow Black Ford F150 Lariat . I noted online that they had vehicles on the dealer lot that had the "Must Haves' my wife and I were looking for. We walked in cold & was paired with what I believe was one of the newest salesman (Justen Thelan)... 3-4 weeks on the job. He took his time to let us check out a few models on the lot and then we test drove the one that my wife liked the most and one other to compare the ride , etc. He took plenty of time to answer any and all questions we had and if he did not know the answer he went in and found out. He was helpful and [personable and not at all pushy in any way. We were not prepared to buy that same day, however after doing some price compares at other dealers and working with Justen over e-mail we determined this was the best place for us to buy. We made the deal on my wife's birtday and while we had some initial concerns with the lack of quality detailing, Justen and Donnie Abboud III (Delivery Coordinator) ... took it upon themselves (detailing team had left for the day) to clean the truck & address any trouble spots (dirt, smudges, dried on paper, etc) to both my wife and my satisfaction. I would give Justen's name to anyone interested in getting a good deal on Fords, Chevy, and others makes in the Belzer's family of car showrooms & lots. I know for fact that they had the best price on the specific model & trim vehicle we purchased after doing some very extensive research, e-mail bidding & negotiating with multiple dealers. Mixed Bag I did a lot of research to find the right new truck for my needs and Jeff Belzer's New Prague had what I was looking for, my salesperson appeared to b I did a lot of research to find the right new truck for my needs and Jeff Belzer's New Prague had what I was looking for, my salesperson appeared to be new and had to get a lot of answers but at the end of the day got us taken care of. When we moved over to finance things were fine up until we went through extended warranty options and I said that I did not want to buy an extended warranty, I felt pressured and under minded by the associate, after said altercation he was clearly short and annoyed which made me pretty upset. We then moved over to the delivery coordinator who went through the vehicle with me prior to leaving, he did a great job and had answers for anything I had questions on. Ultimately the experience was fair and the biggest thing that leaves a bad taste in my mouth was the grief I got for not buying an extended warranty. More

Worth the Drive! I had done quite a bit of research specifically for Jeeps in my surrounding area and no dealerships compared to the prices and customer service at Jef I had done quite a bit of research specifically for Jeeps in my surrounding area and no dealerships compared to the prices and customer service at Jeff Belzers in New Prague. I had expressed interested online and was immediately contacted by Andrew, the salesman from Jeff Belzers providing more information about the vehicle I was interested in. He was not at all pushy or overbearing but was incredibly helpful and prompt in responding to my inquiries. I was able to set up a test drive right away. The dealership was a little over a hour away for me but was worth the drive!!! Andrew met us and was so kind and genuinely wanted to help. He asked questions to get a good idea of what I was looking for and was upfront and honest in answering my questions. After making the decision to lease the vehicle the process was swift and clear. Andrew did a great job explaining everything and making sure I understood the terms. He stayed well after his scheduled shift to make sure I walked out happy with my purchase! He also followed up with me days after to check in and see how things were going. After finishing the paperwork, Robert Shoemaker walked me through the ins and outs of the vehicle and did a FANTASTIC job at this, he was extremely knowledgable and hilarious. He showed me all about being a "Jeep driver" and although it was late, well past closing, he treated me as if he had all the time in the world! Andrew and the rest of Jeff Belzers made the trip out to New Prague totally worth it and enjoyable! I would recommend Jeff Belzers and specifically Andrew Wilhelm to anyone!!!
