Best prices, best service-go to Jeff Belzer, ask for Justen! I live in Florida, but was having a tough time finding the exact truck I was looking for at a reasonable price. After expanding my online search to t I live in Florida, but was having a tough time finding the exact truck I was looking for at a reasonable price. After expanding my online search to the entire country I found my dream truck on the lot in Minnesota. I called and was transferred to the correct location for the truck I wanted, where Justen Thelen took over as my salesman and immediately put his full effort into getting all my questions answered within minutes every time something new came up. After about a week of sorting out transportation options, financing, and general super-duty questions I finally decided that this was the F-350 I wanted to own. I called Justen, let him know that I was ready to start making commitments and he gave 100% to get everything set up for me. As soon as I sent him a copy of my flight confirmation he had the manager remove my truck from the dealer website and helped me figure out how to wire the downpayment. I got into Minneapolis late on a Friday, and he came to my hotel to get me to the dealer to finish up the paperwork when the doors opened Saturday morning. I was excited for the new truck, and Justen was right there with me making sure everything was taken care of and making the whole experience fun! Finance paperwork completed with Tim, then Bob oriented me to everything I needed to know about the technology on my new truck and had me out the door less than 2 hours from when we arrived. Justen stayed in touch throughout my 3 day road trip and if I ever need a new vehicle (sure hope that's not anytime soon!), they're the first folks I would call! I knew which vehicle I wanted going into the deal and he never tried to push me into buying something else. Jeff was unable to meet us at the New Prague dealership due to reasonable circumstances. My deal was handed over to Braden Flanagan. The test drive was good and the initial paperwork went smoothly. However, Braden did talk badly about my other salesman, Jeff, and how he does not know the vehicles in New Prague very well and would,'t be a good representative. Salespeople should never undercut other salespeople in the same company. Plus, we know Jeff Shadrick from past sales and he is one of the most knowledgeable sales representative at Jeff Belzers. After the paperwork was complete by Brian Albaugh who was extremely knowledgeable and efficient with the financing portion of the vehicle, Braden took the Equinox to get it detailed. We asked him to let us know how long it would take so we could grab a bite to eat, but it took him a half hour to tell us that the car wouldn't be ready to go for another hour. When it was time to leave Braden only handed us one set of keys and stated that there was only one set. He never mentioned at any time during the sale that there was only one set of keys found. I asked if he could call the original owners, as it was traded in only a week previous to the sale, to see if they forgot to hand in the second set. He never called them and so I had to call them myself. They did hand in two sets of keys when they traded it in. Belzers lost the second set and Braden said I would need to pay for the second set if I wanted the second set. Being so flustered, I left the dealership without double checking to see if Braden placed the 21-day permit in my rear window. It was not there and I could not drive the vehicle until Monday after I picked up the permit. After talking to Janiel Libel, one of the administrative employees, she guided me to the person who was able to print out my 21-day permit. She was super bubbly and had terrific customer service skills! WIthout her at the New Prague dealership, I wouldn't have known to talk to John Haase about my extra set of keys! Janiel is a life saver! John Haase ensured me that the dealership would either find my extra set of keys or they would make me a new set and I would not pay a dime! Within 24 hours John had found my keys and i was able to pick them up that day! John was wonderful to work with and he actually seemed to care about my issue. I would recommend that every take their service to Janiel Liebel, Brian Albaugh, and John Haase because they are rockstars. I would not recommend Braden to anyone. More

I was emailing back and forth with another sales rep. who happened to be gone the day I decided to head up there. Jen from the moment she saw us greeted us and was ready to help answer all my questions. Now...she's fairly new and had no problem letting me know up front. At first, I was a bit nervous but her personable attitude put me at ease. Needless to say I came home with a new jeep that day!
