Best experience I have had. I worked with Jessica Gitch to purchase my new 2018 Jeep Cherokee. I had trouble in the past with purchasing a car due to some credit history. Jessica worked with me for over 2 weeks to make sure I was able to purchase the right car for me. The Fresh Start Financing Program really helped me achieve my car purchase goals. Jessica spent a lot of time helping me - more than I could have asked for and expected. She was realistic with me in what I could purchase and keeping me in my price range. When the time came for me to come in and purchase the vehicle, it was a painless process. At the end of the process, she really explained the warranties to me and made sure that I understood what I was getting (or not getting) with each. I originally started speaking with another local dealership that because of the BS I was getting and the lack of kindness... I moved on. Being in the customer service and financial field for most of my career, I know what I want and how I should be treated. I remember seeing Jeff Belzer's at Mopars in the Park and how friendly they were so I did my research and made an inquiry on the car I knew I wanted. I was lucky to be matched up with Mike Voss who is very kind, was able to match my personality and didn't mind how prepared I was. There is no smoke screen or BS at Jeff Belzer's which makes me SO HAPPY and you too. I was told all the details and numbers for this transaction which made my heart happy. All involved with my transaction was kind and willing to find out information if they didn't know it. They are helping me out and working with my busy schedule which is so helpful and I'm quite grateful. This may seem like a lot of fluff and all rainbows, but this is a dealership with their customers in mind. We are back into a world where customer service wins over a great deal, but here at JB's you get BOTH!!! Just go see for yourself. It's worth it. Easy buying. This dealership had a large inventory to select from. I had a good idea of what I wanted prior to going there based off research and prior test drives This dealership had a large inventory to select from. The only thing that we had a slight issue with was the two sales people we spoke with were not fully trained in the Jeep brand. They were unable to answer all of our questions regarding the new Altitude. This being said, I did not feel the typical sales pressure from anyone I dealt with to buy anything or add on anything.
