No follow up If you want a dealership that will ignore you’re desire to spend upwards of 70k, this is the place for you. What I once considered “my dealership”, h If you want a dealership that will ignore you’re desire to spend upwards of 70k, this is the place for you. What I once considered “my dealership”, has turned into the exact opposite. I shouldn’t have to beg to spend money at a car dealership. Started about a year ago when they seemed to be ignoring my request to have a warranty repair done to my vehicle, which I had purchased at Jeff Belzer’s Dodge. I was bounced around like a ping-pong ball after my sales associate had left the dealership, only having to go directly to Dodge to get the situation finally resolved (BTW, I’ll let Ford Motors know how the Ford division handles their clients as well). Because of a warranty issue they did not want to deal with, I feel I’m getting the cold shoulder. Now they are refusing to deal with me on a new vehicle, which would be my 3rd in 2.5 years from them. If they don’t want my business, that’s fine. Just seems to be a petty way to run a business, especially when they were the ones trying to get out of the repair they were responsible for. I don’t fault the sales associates for this, they’re likely following a really bad company policy, which is unfortunate for them. More

I got nothing but Honesty and Respect. they worked with me primarily over the phone and email until I was approved so I didn't wait countless hours in a waiting room. and once I got approved they worked with my schedule to Test drive and fill out paper work.
