After researching many options, we narrowed our search to a final few which included a Certified Pre-Owned Ford Escape located at Jeff Belzer's in New Prague. We inquired about the vehicle via the Jeff Belzer's website and within an hour or so, received feedback from the dealership and set-up a meeting to view the vehicle. Due to work schedules, I needed to look at the vehicle alone. I met with Bill Kelly and was able to ask and clairfy all the questions my husband and I had in regards to the vehicle, what certified pre-owned entailed along with additional questions in regards to buying a used vehicle. I left the dealership feeling no pressure to purchase and educated about the options we had available to us. Upon leaving the dealership, I called my husband and discussed information I obtained and next steps as I drove home. I will say that the straight forward, honest conversastion that I had with Bill, allowed us to make an educated decision and comfortably come to the conclusion that we found the car for us. I turned around and went back into the dealership and purchased the vehicle. In this day and age, it is rare to find a business that will look out for your best interests and inform the buyer of what they need and what they do not need in regards to a product. Every step of the way, Bill made sure that I was happy and confidant and most of all making a purchase because it was the right decision for my family, not because I felt pressure to make a decision on the spot. Purchasing the Pre-Owned Certified Ford Escape from Jeff Belzer's was the best decision my husband and I could have made. We will be making future purchases here and recommending them to our friends and family. More

Not to happy with these people anymore Paid a Premium for my truck to get treated badly and ripped off. For a bigger dealer in Minnesota what a joke. The finance guy wasn't very friendly, he was very pushy and started to give me attitude when my bank beat what he could get me by 2.4% and if there was asked about a lower price on the truck. I never want to deal with him again, made the whole process of buying from belzers never again. The gauge cluster now has to be repaired, they have to had known about it for they reset the battery, I was wondering why they never set the clock on the way home and I found out when I got home. The rpm gauge and gas gauge don't like to zero out or fall flat. ( not a cheap fix and common problem for chevys from 03-06) and then the a/c blower motor started to make noise. Back driver side wheel bearing is starting to go bad, needed an oil change, the coolant doesn't look at that good, the cigarette lighter / obd2 port fuse was blown so they never even checked the car over at all. Good practice there. 5 days after owning it the battery died. Who ever detailed the car did a very bad job at it , and it didn't smell all that great inside it ether. My wife will need a new car here in a few years and we wont be going here for her new car. Im sure they will give me some generic reply, but for a bigger name dealer this is a poor way to treat customers. I never gave a review like this ever, this is something id expect to see at a little corner lot dealer. But I can say there salesmen was a good guy, his name is not on the list. Was told to bring the truck in 1.5 hour drive one way to have one of their untrained machainics look at it to see if anything is wrong with it and they "might" fix it, something they should have done when they got the truck in on trade... Honestly I have better things to do on my days off then to deal with crooks who give car dealers a bad name. The should give out bikes with used car sales so at least you get something reliable with the purchase. More
