Jeff Belzer's New Prague

A blessing from God! I have looking around for a new vehicle and a friend of mine said to go to Jeff Belzer. so I went. I emailed jeff belzer and a Jeremy got back to me f I have looking around for a new vehicle and a friend of mine said to go to Jeff Belzer. so I went. I emailed jeff belzer and a Jeremy got back to me from Lakeville and he got me in touch with matt in finance in Lakeville and matt worked so hard in getting me approved for a vehicle. then poof a vehicle showed up in new prague and I got to meet the wonderful jeff P. he drove up the 2016 ford fiesta up to me and had me take a test drive. I was super super excited. of course I loved it. it was a brand new car. I have never in my entire life have had a brand new car. poof blessing from god! I have been praying for one and poof there it was. I still cant believe it. jeff helped clean up the car and helped me figure out what all the buttons do. he was super awesome!! then bob shows up and does the rest. they were busy for a Tuesday night but I was well taken care of. bless you guys! and thank you so much! More

They stayed late to help us close the sale. Thanks!! My only critiques for the dealership are in relation to services available to help close a deal on a used car. Things that would have made this a 5 star rating for us that you could not do due to policy: **Fresh oil change - policy says no. While it is not a deal breaker, it does drive down the satisfaction level of a customer. It would cost the dealership maybe $40 cost to improve the customer satisfaction level and close on a multi-thousand dollar sale. **Full tank of gas - policy says "no less than 1 quarter;" that policy definitely needs improvement. Again, it would cost the dealership maybe $30-$40 cost at the most and close on a multi-thousand dollar sale. **Delivery/transport of vehicle to the Lakeville dealership (less than 1 mile from our home) - policy says no. The fact that both dealerships are owned by Jeff Belzer's....I don't see the logic in this policy. While the New Prague dealership was nice and staffed with good people, it was a 50 mile round trip for us to close our business there. If these 3 things could have happened, it would have made for a 5 star experience. More

Great experience , better than other dealers I visited Joleen was extremely helpful over many communications via email , I knew what I was looking for in my 2016 F-150 so it wasn't as much about what kind Joleen was extremely helpful over many communications via email , I knew what I was looking for in my 2016 F-150 so it wasn't as much about what kind of vehicle do I want but more about tallking through the details around price and trade-in to assure I could get the price I was looking for. Since I was not from the area I wanted to be sure we were close enough on the numbers that I felt we could get a deal done before driving down there. I got down their we talked for 30 minutes max and reached a deal I was happy with. Could beat the price or the service. Financing involved some miscommunication around a rebate (Ford Credit) if I chose, which I didn't so it got added back to there price which was cash or financing. I missed it when I was there doing the paperwork but contacted Joleen when I noticed it, she stood behind me and got me a refund check issued fast. Couldn't beat the price for the new vehicle within 100 miles More
