I was planning to purchase a used truck and Gerard helped me find one that was perfect for my situation, but in the end I purchased a new truck because of the rebates and dealer incentives presented. Out of all the sales reps I Bob is an experienced professional that knows his stuff. He was a delight to work with and made the experience terrific! Out of all the sales reps I was working with at various dealerships, he was the most effective and was great at building a relationship while still selling a car. From a dealership perspective- I did not love the multiple prices "as low as", etc. As someone who qualified for non of the discounts, I would have just appreciated speaking a one price language.
