My sales rep was Dylan Rieser who I will always go to on all future vehicle purchases alon I purchased a 2016 Ford F150 from Jeff Belzer's New Prague. My sales rep was Dylan Rieser who I will always go to on all future vehicle purchases along with referring him to Family and Friends, especially after finding out he gave back to our great Country by serving in the US Marine Corps. He was patient, answered all of my questions, and found the Truck that was right for me. Thank you Dylan. Tim Tichich in Finance was great and the paper work didn't take long at all. Thanks Tim. Lied to me to make a deal! I traded in my 2010 jeep liberty at Jeff Belzer's New Prague. I was told that my jeep had a lemon/buyback title on it. I would not get what my jeep I traded in my 2010 jeep liberty at Jeff Belzer's New Prague. I was told that my jeep had a lemon/buyback title on it. I would not get what my jeep was worth because of this issue and that they would not be able to resale this vehicle on the lot. Well 3 days later my trade-in is on the lot with price of $5,000 more than I got!!!! It is ridiculous to take advantage of a single senor citizen trying to make a living and then to get lied to so this dealership can make a good profit off of me!!! I will never tell anyone to go to this dealership!!!!! More

The prices were great (about $5000 cheaper than at home). The sales staff were friendly and worked well together to get us into a new car. We received a fair trade price for our SUV that was 5 years old. I drove away a happy Momma! More
