Best Customer Service I've had in a LONG time!!! Had a last minute need to purchase a new vehicle. I contacted my cousin Jenna who works at Jeff Belzer Chevy in New Prague who directed me to Dave Sei Had a last minute need to purchase a new vehicle. I contacted my cousin Jenna who works at Jeff Belzer Chevy in New Prague who directed me to Dave Seipp. He answered all questions I had and helped find the perfect car for me. He asked my favorite part of my current car I told him heated cloth seats and he responded that would be hard to find. I told him I was interested in a Cruze. Not only did he find me a Chevy Cruze 2016 but he found me one with CLOTH HEATED SEATS!!! He stayed an hour and a half past when he was supposed to leave work just to stay and help me. He was phenomenal and the customer service that I received from everybody was AMAZING!!! More

Rude, ill-mannered, snippy salesman On July 23, 2016 I looked at a 2003 Ford Explorer Sport Trac for my young son in the pouring rain. The vehicle was kindly driven into their garage so On July 23, 2016 I looked at a 2003 Ford Explorer Sport Trac for my young son in the pouring rain. The vehicle was kindly driven into their garage so we could look it over. I asked to have a Car Fax run, that's when the salesman turned from Dr. Jekyll to Mr. Hyde. The Car Fax show 1 open recall. I made call in regards to the recall and found additional problems that needed replacing. Example of just a few; 1. Tire Rods 2. Pinions 3. Front Axles 4. Ball-joints 4. Evaporator Hose. At the time of my call, my son was talking with the salesman. I asked to speak with my son privately, that is when the salesman jumped in the truck and sped out to the parking lot. Without knowing what problems I found the salesman walked by me on his way in the building, I actually stopped him to ask what they would be willing to fix. "What did you find out" he said angrily. I listed a couple things that is listed above, the salesman threw up his arms and shouted "we're done here" turned and walked away. I would give a BIG FAT ZERO if there was a zero rating. Good lesson for my young son. More

He is very professional, energetic and knowledgeable! We had financing secured but Zach suggested we see if the dealership could find a better rate, and they did, much to our surprise! We had "lessons" on the Explorer equipment and ordered a safe which will be installed when it arrives. A follow up call by Zach was appreciated, but Zach and Adam had done such a thorough job of teaching all we needed to know, we had no questions. We can't praise the staff enough!!!
