My new car purchase was great! We did received an email about a $100 gift card if we bought a car the day we picked up our car. Paul did not tell us about this, but when we showed it to him the day of your Hot Dog event he said that he would bring it to the department that handled this and he was sure that we would still get it. So far we have not heard anything nor received the $100 gift card. Adam, who paired our phone, was absolutely great at helping by showing the features of the car and taking our personal license plates off our old car. We ordered window shields and they should be installed soon. We also discovered a small puncture type tear in the material just below the inside door handle on the driver's side which we told Jim McMahon about and he said that it will be fixed. Hopefully we can get that done when the window shields are installed. We used Progressive Insurance about rating the model of Caravan and the dealers to purchase from and they listed Jeff Belzer's as twice (Lakeville and New Prague) which was a big plus in our decision making. More

Our last visit was only to look, but Mike found us a vehicle that completely suited our needs so we bought it that day. His concern for us as customers goes beyond selling us a car. He makes sure we are happy with our decision and goes way beyond what is needed to take care of us, from helping us sync our blue tooth phones to making sure we get the best deal for our trade-in. The service department has also been a pleasure to work with, always taking care of our appointments quickly and helping us with whatever issues we had. More

I was traveling from the northern Mpls suburbs to New Prague, so I didn't get to the dealership until after closing the night of the test drive. Melissa was excellent, friendly, allowed us to test drive the car and worked with us until 2 hrs after close to nearly complete the deal - only thing that held us up was the bank closing before we finalized the negotiations. Every person we came in contact with was "up beat" and very willing to work until needed to get the sale thru. Love the car, and I am extremely happy with the service.
