Dealer policy leaves something to be desired. We made the trip from Wisconsin to the New Prague Chevy dealership based on a listing on Cargurus. We dealt with Jenny Holheisel, who was quite helpfu We made the trip from Wisconsin to the New Prague Chevy dealership based on a listing on Cargurus. We dealt with Jenny Holheisel, who was quite helpful and pleasant to work with. She answered all of our questions and made our purchase stress free. However, after signing all of the papers and finalizing our purchase, we were led out to our 2016 Malibu, and at that point, we were informed that the previous owner only turned in one set of keys. Jenny offered to call around to see where the second key might be found or if unavailable, to talk to the dealership about providing a second set gratis to maintain customer relations.Bottom line, Jenny made an effort to locate the key which the previous owner had lost. The dealership determined that there was no need to provide a second set of keys, but they would be willing to sell us a key. We just spent 5 figures on a car and were expected to purchase a back up key and fob. I guess I am disappointed in Jeff Belzer's Chevrolet. We are very satisfied with our Malibu and with our sales rep, Jenny. More

Excellent all around! From the price, to the financing, to the accessories, and the warranty, everything was extremely positive. No hard selling (or up selling). Options were explained but if we said "no", everyone simply just moved on. Spent several hours with the team and having had long days at dealerships before, this didn't seem to be as stressful as other dealerships. Many thanks to Melissa and Tim for their abilities to answer questions and get us everything we were looking for. It was a great experience and we'll definitely be working together again in the future. More
