Buying first car I was extremely nervous first walking in, not sure what I would be able to find. Thankfully my dad was with me and he had spoken to Melissa so she wa I was extremely nervous first walking in, not sure what I would be able to find. Thankfully my dad was with me and he had spoken to Melissa so she was more than willing to help out once we had arrived. She answered the many questions that were thrown her way, and with the ones she wasn't sure she checking with her manager. I really did appreciate her helping, she always had a smile, was outgoing. Felt very comfortable with her helping out vs when I had help from other dealerships. Definitely will be sharing to family and friends about Jeff Belzers in new prague, and spread the word about the great service I had myself! More

Buying My First Car When buying my first vehicle by myself I was very nervous. I am not super knowledgeable about cars, but my sales person Scott help to put me at ease. When buying my first vehicle by myself I was very nervous. I am not super knowledgeable about cars, but my sales person Scott help to put me at ease. I went to the New Prague location because they had a couple of used small SUVs that I was interested in taking a closer look at. I started at their Ford dealership which didn't have any of the used vehicles that I was looking for, after about 20 minutes of looking I went inside and there a saleman named Dave told that the used vehicles were located at the chevy location (just up the street a little) and asked if I would like for him to come over with me. I was very grateful and accepted. Once I got over to the Chevy portion, I met Scott who informed me that Dave was pulled into an interaction and he asked for Scott to come and help me. I am very glad for this, Scott made the experience an easy one. Be showed me the vehicles that I was looking at online, and had me test drive them. I came across my new vehicle by chance and Scott encouraged me to drive it. When I was shruggling between two different vechines he helped make a pro con list between the two, he didn't create a pressured environment and was more than happy to wait for my Dad to come and help me decide. There were only two negative moments, one where a sales manager was getting a little pushy (end of the month sales) and after agreeing on the price being informed that I only would have one key fob (which are super expensive). That is where Tim came in and helped to find a solution, which reinforced my positive experience with Jeff Belzer's in New Prague. And the cherry on top was Adam who helped to show me all the cool things my new vehicle can do! I would definitely recommend Jeff Belzer's, and even more the team that helped with my largest purchase to date. A big thank you to Scott Cassidy, Tim Tichich, and Adam! More
