FIVE STARS FOR KEITH! My old vehicle died and I was forced to have to purchase something new. As a single woman, this was something I really dreaded. I dealt with Keith Ryn My old vehicle died and I was forced to have to purchase something new. As a single woman, this was something I really dreaded. I dealt with Keith Rynda and I would highly recommend him. Keith was a very laid-back, no pressure salesperson. He treated me as a friend. When I was completely undecided as to what I wanted to buy, Keith always had suggestions but never pushed. My budget was very low and Keith did his very best to respect that. I was nervous about having a salesperson riding along with me when I test-drove vehicles but Keith merely handed me the key and said "Go have fun!" He never lost his cool with me when I needed to go from lot to lot to narrow down what I really wanted and what would fill my needs for a new vehicle. He was very patient. When all was said and done, he even had my new vehicle filled with gas! If I could do a commercial, I would! Irina Stitt in the financing department was pleasurable to work with too. Although she had already had a busy, hectic day, she took the time to explain everything to me. I had never leased before and had many questions. She seemed unhurried and knew all the answers. Mike Maxa was very helpful, in providing information about the vehicle I was looking at, friendly and easy to work with. I visited two other dealers and they did not provide as much up front information about the vehicle as Mike did and didn't seem to be as informed as Mike was about the vehicle. Mike's custom service fitted my expectations very well -as I waited a week to think about my purchase- he quickly answered any additional questions I had by phone call or text message. I was pleased that Mike was willing to communicate with me through text message because it was very convenient. The whole team at New Prague Chevrolet was very friendly and nice and you can really tell that they DO WORK AS A TEAM. I never felt pressured to make a decision on a vehicle. To add to their customer service, they even did a paint touch up on my car, I week after I purchased it, for free. I am really glad with how Mike handled by whole car buying experience! Additionally, their financing options came in with a pretty low APR, even though I did end up going with a credit union. The price of the car was also within its KBB range. And the dealership didn't try to tack on any hidden or additional fees, with the purchase of a vehicle, like I had another dealership try to do, so that was much appreciated!
