Todd has put forth ALOT of extra effort to deal with extended warranty companies/issues that other places had made me do on my own in the past. We have also dealt with Morgan Skidmore & Brett Terpening and they are also very courteous and professional. We are very happy with the quality staff & service we receive at New Prague Ford and have no intensions of taking our vehicles anywhere else!
