From the moment I emailed New Prague Ford, close to the end of the day, to see if the extremely rare vehicle I was looking for was there, I received a reply email from Sarah within 1/2 hour letting me know end of the day, to see if the extremely rare vehicle I was looking for was there, I received a reply email from Sarah within 1/2 hour letting me know it was, the details of it and a link to more information on the vehicle. She snapped a picture of the vehicle and text it to me before she left for the evening and was still answering any questions I had after her work day had ended. She set up a time for us to go for a test drive, we ended up there hours earlier than she planned, she made sure Annastina was going to be in as she was the salesperson Sarah set me up with. Annastina is the BEST salesperson ever!! Honest, up front and very fun to work with! Being a woman and dealing with male car salespeople can be intimidating, not one thing about my purchase was as such. Very relaxed and wonderful woman to work with. I HIGHLY recommend her!! :) From the moment we walked in the door, everyone was extremely happy and pleasant. Everyone is very personable and just an all around joy to work with. Even the people we didn't directly work with were very friendly and wonderful!! While running financing to see if they could get me a better deal, Irina too is awesome, no intense pressure for extended plans or add-ons, we were given comp coupons for lunch so we were not stuck waiting at the dealership. The car was washed and vacuumed and the tank filled before we left the lot. All in all, my purchase took about 3 hours, my previous car (dealership will remain nameless) took 11 hours to purchase. I HIGHLY recommend New Prague Ford!! :) They are well worth any drive, ours was 2 hours just to arrive there. More

I bought a Ford Mustang at New Prague Auto Group a few months back. Came out here due to excellent pricing on the car (about 40 min from my home). Cassie Johnson helped us who was friendly, helpful and did everything to make our purchase as pleasant as possible, she even has checked in with us a few times to ask how the car is wiring out. I thank them for their hospitality and recommend anyone looking to buy an american car, to do so in New Prague. More

New Prague Auto Group personnel were easy to work with, very courteous and knowledgeable about the vehicle as well as the electronics of the vehicle. Cassie Johnson took the time to show me how to operate very courteous and knowledgeable about the vehicle as well as the electronics of the vehicle. Cassie Johnson took the time to show me how to operate the navigational system as well as the sync system after uploading the database from my phone to the system. Irina made the paperwork process quick and easy and explained the details of all paperwork in a customer friendly manner. More

Gerard gave us a warm welcome when we arrived to make our purchase. He had searched the better part of a week to find the 2013 Ford Edge in the color we wanted and with the accessories we wanted. Knowledgeable, relaxed and professional I found the Knowledgeable, relaxed and professional I found the Chevrolet Volt that I had been looking for at New Prague Chevrolet, a dealership that was located Knowledgeable, relaxed and professional I found the Chevrolet Volt that I had been looking for at New Prague Chevrolet, a dealership that was located in a town that I had never heard of before, New Prague Minnesota. It is over an hour away from our home. When I called, I talked to Mark Bisek, he is one of the most knowledgeable auto sales professional that I've ever worked with. He was calm and relaxed absolutely no pressure at all. This would be my wife’s car and I really wanted this to be special for her, so I asked for several extras. Mark’s answer to each of my requests was, "Yes, I think we can do that." Having purchased a great number of cars over the years I was skeptical. The deal was simply extraordinary, most of it done over the phone and e-mail. When we first walked into the showroom we could tell this dealership was different, the atmosphere is warm and inviting, the people were genuinely nice, kind and friendly. The car was clean and prepped beautify. As we walked around the car for the first time I found a couple scratches. I pointed them out to Mark and he said, "I will see if something can be done about that." and a little while later without anyone saying a word the car was gone. We reviewed all of the particulars of the deal and after a time I looked outside and the car was waiting for us to go on the test drive. When I went to look for the scratches they were gone. On the test drive Mark explained all of the features and help set up the “OnStar” feature, my wife really liked that. Everything that I had asked for was done, delivered with an understated generosity that is truly uncommon. Brian Albaugh then reviewed all of the financial details. Everything was precisely as we had worked out earlier. In fact, the deal worked out a little better for us than I had expected. Everything about this deal was “On time and under budget.” New Prague Chevrolet has re-written the book on dealership best practices and customer satisfaction. Thanks Mark and Brian! More

Another great experience with Keith Rynda of New Prague Auto Group....He is the BEST....called him up and told him what we wanted and he got it and we drove up to get it....we live 100 miles away and would Auto Group....He is the BEST....called him up and told him what we wanted and he got it and we drove up to get it....we live 100 miles away and wouldn't do business with anyone else but Keith....we have bought 7 vehicles in 6 years from him....if he says it...he means it!!!! Dave went above and beyond. I had purchased my VW Jetta from New Prague Auto Group this past summer, and when they said they would always take care of me they really did mean it. My headlights, both of them, went out in my car and this past summer, and when they said they would always take care of me they really did mean it. My headlights, both of them, went out in my car and unfortunately Volkswagen doesn't really give you the help you need as to why an issue like this may have occurred. So, I called NPAG and Tod Schaecher, Service Manager assisted me in trouble shooting this problem. What I appreciated most was that he wasn't out to scam me over, and ladies, I don't know about you, but I know that it can be intimidating to have your car serviced. Most of us end up feeling like we get dumbed down or taken advantage of, and I say with all sincerity that is not the case with NPAG. Tod listened to my issue and was genuinely interested in helping me come to a resolution. I brought my car in and from beginning to end Tod and Brett made me feel at ease. My headlights are working perfectly, and this is where I will surely bring my car to be serviced from now on out. I am grateful to know that customer service is something that is still valued by this business. My entire experience from when I bought my car in summer to now has been pretty flawless :-).
