Jeff Belzer's New Prague

I had purchased my VW Jetta from New Prague Auto Group this past summer, and when they said they would always take care of me they really did mean it. My headlights, both of them, went out in my car and this past summer, and when they said they would always take care of me they really did mean it. My headlights, both of them, went out in my car and unfortunately Volkswagen doesn't really give you the help you need as to why an issue like this may have occurred. So, I called NPAG and Tod Schaecher, Service Manager assisted me in trouble shooting this problem. What I appreciated most was that he wasn't out to scam me over, and ladies, I don't know about you, but I know that it can be intimidating to have your car serviced. Most of us end up feeling like we get dumbed down or taken advantage of, and I say with all sincerity that is not the case with NPAG. Tod listened to my issue and was genuinely interested in helping me come to a resolution. I brought my car in and from beginning to end Tod and Brett made me feel at ease. My headlights are working perfectly, and this is where I will surely bring my car to be serviced from now on out. I am grateful to know that customer service is something that is still valued by this business. My entire experience from when I bought my car in summer to now has been pretty flawless :-). Joleen was great. All employees were very welcoming and helpful. Very nice dealership. Joleen was very busy which she had mentioned when i called but I was unable to wait till later that day which she as helpful. Very nice dealership. I decided to lease a vehicle which I had never done before so I had a lot of questions about the process, etc. Keith and John took the time to answer my questions and then allowed me time to think abou before so I had a lot of questions about the process, etc. Keith and John took the time to answer my questions and then allowed me time to think about my decision. My experience years ago was that once you expressed an interest in purchasing a vehicle, a salesman would be constantly calling you and pressuring you into making your decision. This was not the case here. I was the one who always made the initial contact with Keith when I was ready to take the next step. They were very easy to work with and I am very happy with my choice. I initially went in just to look at a car that I had seen on the website. No intention to buy. After test driving that car and another made the decision to go ahead and try to get financing.
