Jeff Belzer's New Prague

After some terrible experiences years ago at some dealerships I have for many years purchased used vehicles from private parties only. So 6 weeks ago I decided to put a few emails out to dealerships to see if I would feel comfortable enough at a dealership to buy my first new vehicle since 1984. Within hours of sending these emails out I received a response from Sarah Salaba at New Prague Ford. She was as polite as a person could be and was more than happy to help with any questions I had, I did not feel any pressure from her at all to hurry up and get in there to buy something. A few days I called her back to let her know I would be stopping in to talk with someone about looking at a new pickup truck. She was very happy to hear that and wanted to make sure I let her know when I got there so she could meet me. When I got to the New Prague Ford I was greeted by Cassie Johnson and eventually met Sarah also, both were very polite, professional and really made me feel comfortable while I was there. Cassie spent a while with me listening to me explain what I thought I wanted in a truck, she than went thru what the trucks offered. We went thru the different body styles, engine options and how each performed and we went thru the many other options a person could add to a truck, many of these I was not interested in and that seemed just fine with Cassie. There was absolutely no pressure from her to buy anything I did not want. After I was comfortable with everything, we test drove a couple trucks. Cassie was very helpful in explaining everything these trucks now have to offer. After the test drive I asked her to give me the best price out the door they could offer and after a few minutes I had that. Three weeks later I called and had Cassie find me my new truck. Even though some things changed with the price in the tree weeks it took me to decide New Prague honored the price they originally gave me. I am now in my 3rd week with this new truck and could not be happier, I am averaging 18.9 to 19 mpg with the F150 Super Crew XLT V8. I will refer family and friends to this dealership. We had been looking for a vehicle for a while, and when i stopped at New Prague Ford i saw a vehicle that i was especially interested in.
