I have never had a dealership go to the lengths that New Prague Ford did for me. Dustin made sure all my questions and concerns were answer. Chad made the sell simple and easy. We purchased a 2014 Impala from New Prague Chevy a few weeks ago. We were fortunate and had Mike Chlan working with us during this purchase. He is knowledgable to an extreme about not only the 2014 Impa weeks ago. We were fortunate and had Mike Chlan working with us during this purchase. He is knowledgable to an extreme about not only the 2014 Impala that we purchased but also with regard to every other vehicle we chose to peruse. Mike had as much energy and excitement about the purchase as we did which was very nice to see as well. He was completely engaged during our time with him and had great forethought for each of the steps in this process which makes it all go so smoothly. We felt very well listened to and we were tutored on all of the lovely features that the 2014 Impala we chose possessed. One of the best things about Mike is that he does not apply any pressures at all. There are no manipulations or underhanded sales tactics to get a person to purchase a vehicle from New Prague Auto Group. We were shown exactly how ALL of the numbers related to our purchase worked well in advance of us making any decision. We were also given many options in relation to making sure that the vehicle we purchased was to our specifications. Overall we have found that the experiences we have had at New Prague Chevy and with Mike Chlan as our salesperson, have been well beyond our expectations of such a process and we will continue to make New Prague Auto Group our first choice whenever we go to purchase a vehicle or have services performed. We also highly recommend New Prague Auto Group to any and all people that we encounter who are thinking about purchasing a different vehicle. Brian Albaugh was a great help in the paperwork process that follows the big decision of which vehicle to purchase. Although our time with him was limited due to the fact that he was completely prepared for us and made the process run particularly smoothly, we found him to be pleasant and knowledgable beyond our expectations as well. He was very accommodating and had the ability to answer all of our questions thoroughly. We felt very comfortable with his guidance in the financing and warranty areas of the purchase. We think he is well trained for his position and also very personable. He is another reason that we recommend New Prague Auto Group whenever possible. Over all as a company, New Prague Auto Group is a great place to spend some time looking at cars if you are in the market. There may be a short drive to get to one of their dealerships but it is well worth the little bit of extra time. We have not been disappointed by them yet and you won't be either! More

Buying a new (used) car couldn't have been easier! Before going to New Prague Ford, we were planning on visiting 2 other Ford dealerships as well. New Prague Ford was our first stop and we're glad it was. Chad's no-pressure approach was ideal for our family. He was very easy going and easy to talk to. Irina was able to get us a better financing deal than what my bank would offer as an employee. Best of all, we were able to drive the car home that evening so I could safely drive my 2 young children to the cabin later that evening. Very grateful we found New Prague Ford! More

the first thing i saw when i went into new prague ford was cassie smile! she touched my heart right away. i told her that my old ford focus was totaled in a car accident and that i felt i could not afford was cassie smile! she touched my heart right away. i told her that my old ford focus was totaled in a car accident and that i felt i could not afford a new car! i remembered that my wife told me to test drive a fusion so we did and i fell in love with it. thats not the good part though. when i asked cassie how she liked her job she explained how she was a single mom and that the owner of new prague ford had gone out of his way to let her work a schedule that would work for her and how understanding and supportive he was of her, she could not stop talking about how she loved her job and working there. at that very moment i knew i had found the dealership for me. everone i talked to said the same thing when i asked them about their job at new prague ford! god bless this dealership from the bottom of my heart for employers like that, well you do not find them very often, i know because i have looked. my heart goes out to cassie for i know how hard it is for a single mom, you see, 25years ago i married a single mom and it was the most rewarding experance of my life. cassie, we all love you and hope the best for you, you are blessed, may you have many more years at new prague ford! We have purchased a number of vehicles from the New Prague Auto Group. Most recently we purchased a 2013 Ford Expedition while working with Chad Smith. Our experience with Chad was exactly as we have come to expect from everyone at New Prague Auto Group - a no pressure experience in helping you find the vehicle that YOU want. The entire team is extremely easy to deal with, including Irina Stitt, Business Manager. Again, a very low key experience. She was very clear in explaining everything, taking the time we needed to really understand everything. The team continues to set the bar very high, which is why we will continue to buy our vehicles at the New Prague Auto Group. More

We were considering doing an early switch from our existing lease to a new van with a different dealership based in the Twin Cities. The dealership we were originally planning to buy from was the one existing lease to a new van with a different dealership based in the Twin Cities. The dealership we were originally planning to buy from was the one we had used for purchasing our current vehicle. We decided to do a quick check for local dealerships to ensure the pricing we were being quoted on the Town & Country van we were looking at was competitive. We reached out to 2 dealerships - one of them was New Prague Auto. It turns out that they were the most competitive, as well as the most up front about what they were doing for us and how they could make the deal work. In the end, the deal they offered us saved us THOUSANDS of dollars versus the local dealership we were doing business with previously. And on top of everything, the staff made us feel very at ease - they were honest, thorough, and easy to work with. We like to be loyal customers. In visiting the dealership, it was actually the first time I had ever worked with a dealer to purchase a vehicle and go through the entire process of buying a car. While I was a little nervous about t time I had ever worked with a dealer to purchase a vehicle and go through the entire process of buying a car. While I was a little nervous about the process at first, Dave quickly put me at ease and was extremely helpful in walking me through all of it. While Dave showed a lot of professionalism, he was also very approachable and interactive as we discussed different options. Though it was small, I think I was most impressed with how on-the-ball Dave was. While my dad and I were walking up to look at the car, Dave spotted us and knew us by name immediately. Again, though it was a small thing, Dave also talked with us in general about a lot of the different cars at the dealership. He told a lot of interesting stories about some of the cars there, and also showed us his automatic transmission motorcycle. From this, I could tell that Dave really knew what he was talking about, and also that he was very committed and good at his job. My new vehicle was cleaned up very nicely, and Dave also bought the car's first tank of gas (which was a pleasant surprise again as I've never bought a new car before). I would highly recommend Dave as a dealer for anyone looking for a new car. He is very knowledgable about different vehicles, has a low-pressure approach to the sale, and was very friendly throughout the process. More
