Cassie did an excellent job - fully explained everything and answered all follow up questions. I would have given 5 stars across if rating her alone. I did not receive a sales invoice to process my loan in and answered all follow up questions. I would have given 5 stars across if rating her alone. Everyone adapted once the process got moving and worked it out so delivery could be on time and as expected which suggests to me that your customer service is stellar, however with several days notice, that shouldn't have to come down to the last hour to get worked out. Other wise a super experience and I would recommend both the dalership and Cassie herself to anyone. I came on a casual Saturday - you should poll customers to see what they prefer. I like a casual contact, not the more formal approach that was on board when I took delivery. Sweet ride - very happy to have done business with you!! More

While I worked with Irina on the paperwork Gerard made sure the unit was clean and full of gas, all 36 gallons worth--unheard of until this time!!! Irina was also very pleasant, knowledgeable and prepared. All paperwork was ready when I went to her office ahead of time which showed me she valued my time also. I will return as no need to go anywhere else as they have all brands to select from including Dodge, Jeep, Chevy and Ford. This dealership listened to our needs, took our price into consideration, and showed us mutliple vehicles that fit our needs. I live 7 hours away from New Prague and found the vehicle I liked over the internet. Since I do not live near the dealership and wasn't able to test drive the vehicle it made the buying process a little more I liked over the internet. Since I do not live near the dealership and wasn't able to test drive the vehicle it made the buying process a little more difficult but Cassie always stayed in touch with me and was very helpful via phone and e-mail.
