I live 7 hours away from New Prague and found the vehicle I liked over the internet. Since I do not live near the dealership and wasn't able to test drive the vehicle it made the buying process a little more I liked over the internet. New Prague Ford and their sales team exceeded my expectations. Best sales staff, Mike Chlan was very patient, and knowledgeable. Mike's twenty plus years of people/ care sales really are very apparant. Pricing was best from the start. Irina in the finance dept. was great at explaning any wanted extended warr., paint protection, ect..., There was no preasure to consider other services, just explained the costs to benefits. She made the paperwork as easy to understand as your utility bill. Dustin was a huge help in setting up the sync system and made it politely obvious that if we forgot how to use somthing we could call/ see him anytime. More

I came in and was upside down on a toyota loan. Kyle Hallblade and John Haase helped me get a loan for a new ford focus. I was able to put the remainder of my toyota loan onto a ford loan. I love the car and I had a great time. Kyle helped me figure out what car would be best for what I was looking for and John helped me finance everything. In addition, Irina went above and beyond in my opinion in helping me achieve the best interest rate possible which I appreciated more than she knows. They are good down to earth folks that create an environment which puts you at ease when you walk in the door. I think what sticks out most in my mind is their sincerity. I truly felt they treated me the way they would want to be treated when they purchase a vehicle. I could not have asked for a better truck buying experience and I will be returning to New Prague Ford when it is time for my next purchase.
