I have always dreaded the idea of purchasing a new car. When I walked into New Prague Auto Group, I never had the feeling I was going to get taken advantage of as a first time buyer. Sarah was super friendly when she greeted me at the door. She eventually directed me to Kyle. Kyle was very friendly and asked me a bunch of questions about features I was looking for in my future car. Unfortunately their inventory did not have the car that would best fit me. Instead of pressuring me into one of their cars on the lot he was able to find a car in Hudson, WI that had the features I wanted at a price I could afford. There were no pressure situations that made me feel uncomfortable, which I really appreciated. I came into the New Prague Auto Group with a monthly payment in mind and Kyle made it easy between reaching a trade-value that I was satisfied with, and finding a vehicle that would be in the price range I was looking for. All in all, it was a great experience! Irina did a fantastic job dealing with paperwork aspect of my first car buying experience. She explained everything very thoroughly and made it easy to understand. More

Great Dealership, Talked to 4 dealers and got quotes on 2 New F-350's, Chad and New Prague Ford were the best to work with. Best price and best buying experience by far. I get emails every few days telling me where the trucks are and when they'll be in, the updates are fantastic, I never got this before from a dealer. Chad shot me a good price from the start, a little negotiating on the trade ins and the deal was done. Finance Dept is top notch, was given more financing options than I could have imagined. Overall I was very impressed wtih Chad and this dealership. I highly recommend both to anyone looking for a new Ford or vehicle in general. More
