My daughter and I drove out on a Saturday to look at a Jeep Commander. It was quite the haul from Wyoming, MN. Kyle Hallblade was our salesperson and was a tremendous help! After the test drive, we discus Jeep Commander. It was quite the haul from Wyoming, MN. Kyle Hallblade was our salesperson and was a tremendous help! After the test drive, we discussed price, he washed the car and pulled it into a warm garage for further inspection. Kyle also put the car on a lift in the service area for undercarriage inspection. THEN...after financing, Kyle drove to Shakopee to help me return my rental car! Kudos to Kyle and his superior customer service! More

Sometimes it's more than just doing a great job handling a new sale. When questions or issues come up AFTER the sale, that's when a dealership really earns the reputation of an exceptional dealer. That's what happened in my case, and because of how I was treated, I will DEFINITELY be back for the next new/used car purchase and will be bringing my vehicles for service to this location as well. I can say I enjoyed my exp at this dealership all of the staff where more than outgoing in showing smiles and none of them where jumping over each other to get the sale in fact there was no pressure at all staff where more than outgoing in showing smiles and none of them where jumping over each other to get the sale in fact there was no pressure at all and even the floor manager was very nice and not a wheeler dealer like past exp I have had. Chad Smith treated us great and was able to secure us as life time clients. I gave high marks because these guys are the best in the business I would have to say.
