The only complaint i have is the trade in process for my vehicle was done by someone else, not very personal and didn't get anywere close to blue book trade-in value for my old truck. The person invloved in that was cold and felt like a number. My wife and I had been researching used vehicles for a couple months in paper ads and on various online sites and came upon the exact vehicle we had been looking for. We live over 150 miles from the dealership and wanted to be certain the vehicle was still available. Arrived at the dealership a few hours later and Kyle had the truck right up front and handed us the keys for a test drive within minutes. We both loved the truck and decided to purchase it. The internet price was very good (we had been comparing prices for months) and we were still able to save $$$ during the purchase process.
