Finance managers, Jeff Wiley and Tim Fleury pulled a rabbit outa their hat for me. I had a bankruptcy and so so credit re-established. I mentioned a set of ladder racks would work out nice to. They told me to come back next week and they will install them. NICE. Did I mention these guys were not salesmen. Warranty Work. Bar-none. Used vehicle- pretty much as is. Had an issue with defroster and front end alignment , These guys did'nt squirm one bit at rectifying the problem. NO CHARGE. There is lots of reason for me to rate this dealership and this sales consultant so high is because of very professional handling of the deal. The connecting of the Microsoft Sync was well handled, the repair of my previous vehicle was handled very well in the service area, too. Ther surounding personel were also friendly and made me feel very comfortable being there. I will reccommend to any friend to come to New Prague to buy a car. We continue to come back and shop because of the great customer service (from all departments), being local and the convenience of it all. With life being very busy we don't often have a lot of time to spend days on end trying to purchase a vehicle. Our last vehicle purchase on 4/28/12 was again, amazingly easy. The whole process was extremely fast!! With a few calls to Brian and some e-mails that morning (online applications are quick and easy) we were done in a couple of hours. Brian knew we had something important going on later that day and had us in and out of the dealership quickly....which we were very thankful for! It is great to work with someone who listens to your needs and truly cares. With New Prague Ford we are always treated fairly and the process is never stressful!
